Sarhad College NSS Unit — "Not Me But You"

NSS Rules & Code of Conduct

1 Regular Attendance: Every volunteer must attend a minimum of 120 hours of community service over two years, including a 7-day residential camp.

2 Discipline: Maintain discipline and uphold the dignity of the NSS at all times. Follow the instructions of the Programme Officer and senior volunteers.

3 Uniform: Wear the prescribed NSS uniform (white kurta / shirt, khaki trousers, NSS cap, and badge) during all NSS activities and events.

4 Punctuality: Be punctual for all meetings, drives, camps, and activities. Latecomers may be marked absent.

5 Teamwork: Work collaboratively with fellow volunteers and the local community. Respect diverse opinions and backgrounds.

6 No Discrimination: NSS is open to all. Discrimination based on caste, creed, religion, or gender is strictly prohibited.

7 Care for Equipment: Take care of NSS property, equipment, and materials. Any damage due to negligence may result in penalty.

8 Drug & Alcohol Free: Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or any intoxicants during NSS activities is strictly forbidden and will lead to immediate dismissal.

Eligibility Confirmation

Please confirm you meet each of the following requirements:

I am a regular student of Sarhad College of Arts, Commerce & Science (any stream). My age is between 17–25 years as of the date of enrollment. I am physically fit and capable of participating in field activities, camps, and community service. I have no pending disciplinary action against me in the college. I am not a member of any other NSS unit simultaneously.
