These terms apply to anyone using this website to register as an NSS volunteer, sign in, submit attendance, or otherwise use the platform.

Accurate information

When you register, the information you provide (including your Aadhar number, date of birth, and contact details) must be accurate and your own. Providing false information may result in your registration being rejected or your account being removed.

Attendance submissions

Photos submitted as attendance proof must genuinely reflect your participation in the activity being claimed. Submitting misleading or unrelated photos to falsely claim attendance hours is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of claimed hours.

Account security

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential. Contact the NSS Program Officer immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to access other volunteers' accounts or data.
• Don't attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the site's systems.
• Don't upload content that is offensive, unrelated to NSS activities, or violates others' privacy.

Certificates

Certificates of participation are issued based on approved attendance hours recorded in the system. NSS reserves the right to review and revoke a certificate if the underlying attendance is later found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

Changes to the service

Features on this platform may be added, changed, or removed over time as the program evolves. We'll try to keep core functionality (registration, attendance, and certificate access) stable.
